Refund Policy

At CheapDue, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to transactions made through our platform.


1. General Rule

  • All transactions (airtime, data, electricity, TV, exam pins, betting funding, bulk SMS) are considered final and non-refundable, once successfully processed.

  • However, exceptions apply in cases of failed or incomplete transactions as described below.


2. Failed Transactions

A refund may be issued if:

  • Your payment was debited but the service was not delivered, or

  • A transaction was processed incorrectly due to a system error.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@cheapdue.com

  2. Provide the following details:

      • Full name and phone number used on your CheapDue account

      • Transaction ID/reference number

      • Date and amount of the transaction

      • Description of the issue


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after we confirm the failed transaction.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or your CheapDue wallet balance.

  • Processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

We will not issue a refund if:

  • The service was successfully delivered but not used by you.

  • You provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong phone number, account number, or meter number).

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the transaction date.
