At CheapDue, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to transactions made through our platform.
1. General Rule

All transactions (airtime, data, electricity, TV, exam pins, betting funding, bulk SMS) are considered final and non-refundable, once successfully processed.

However, exceptions apply in cases of failed or incomplete transactions as described below.
2. Failed Transactions
A refund may be issued if:

Your payment was debited but the service was not delivered, or

A transaction was processed incorrectly due to a system error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Date and amount of the transaction

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after we confirm the failed transaction.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or your CheapDue wallet balance.

Processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not issue a refund if:

The service was successfully delivered but not used by you.

You provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong phone number, account number, or meter number).

The request is made more than 7 days after the transaction date.
